Well what can I say about Sascha, She makes you feel at ease & part of her family right from the very first consultation. Sascha has completed 2 breast operation's on me this year & if in the future I need further reconstruction I would definitely consult with her. Thank you so much. Linda Joseph

Following random selection for early breast screening I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have waited to review Sascha until now to gather my thoughts. I am 5 months post surgery and I am still in awe of this amazing lady. I felt she had my back from the outset, I was cared for, felt individual throughout, she demonstrated an exceptional "bedside manner" in dealing with my emotional well being, helped me with dealing with my children and how this may affect them and considering the speed everything happened I didn't feel rushed. Her team at Nuffield Brentwood and the Radiotherapy team in Springfield Chelmsford made this very lonely journey easier. Thank you.

Miss Dua has been wonderful for me because she treats me like a human being rather than just another cancer patient. She is very caring but at the same time very professional and thorough. She answers my many questions in a straightforward but non-condescending manner and does not dismiss my thoughts as irrelevant. She was the first person to make me consider how I would like my body to be after the cancer treatment and that was very up-lifting. I think Miss Dua is fantastic. Thank you.

Sascha Dua FRCS MD is a Consultant Breast Surgeon with specialist training in Oncoplastics, Breast reconstruction and a further higher specialism in cosmetics. Sascha went to medical school at Guys and St Thomas's (University of London) and undertook her higher surgical training at leading centres including 4 years at the Royal Marsden Hospital, where she won a scholarship to undertake a doctorate as the first surgical scientist at the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research Centre, reknowned for its work on the BRCA2 gene and cancer genetics. Sascha was awarded the prestigious Raven Prize in Academic surgery for research in 2007, and has been a specialised breast consultant since 2011 in Mid Essex Hospitals Trust.
